This online privacy policy (the "Policy") of Voyce, and all its affiliates (Voyce, "us," "our," or "we"), shows our commitment to respecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to the Voyce series of websites (the "Sites"). Since we may gather certain types of information about visitors to the Sites, we want you to understand what kind of information we gather and how it might be used. By using any of the Sites, you signify your acceptance of the Policy.

Information that may be collected on the Sites

Voyce may collect and analyze information about how visitors use the Sites. When you visit any of the Sites, we may collect certain types of technical data. This data may include Google Analytics data, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, browser information, the website you visit before arriving at any of the Sites, or the website you go to when leaving any of the Sites, among other data. We may also keep a record of which pages of which Site you visit, and how much time you spend on each page. This information does not identify you personally.

We may also use "cookies" and other similar technologies on the Sites. Cookies are small pieces of information written to your computer hard drive by our web server. Voyce employs cookies to enable our systems to recognize your browser and tell us how and when the pages on the Sites are visited and by how many people. Cookies also allow our systems to recognize a return visitor as a unique user. Many Internet browsers are automatically set to accept cookies. You may change your browser settings to either reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is about to be placed on your computer. However, rejecting cookies while using the Sites may result in certain parts of the Sites not operating correctly or efficiently as if they were allowed.

Voyce may use other apps in conjunction with cookies to compile information about your usage of the Sites and/or interaction with emails from Voyce. For example, we may place Web-type tags in marketing emails that notify us when you click on a link in the email directing you to the Sites. Voyce also uses basic web tools to operate and make improvements to the Sites. We also use email communications to send more customized or relevant emails, advertisements, and offers to our customers and visitors to the Sites.

Voyce may use third-party service providers to serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet. These service providers may collect your IP address and non-personally identifiable or disidentified information about your visits to the Sites to serve Voyce advertisements, while you are visiting other sites. Such non-personally identifiable information is anonymous or disidentified and does not reflect your name, address, e-mail address, or other personal information; however, your IP address may be collected by such service providers. This anonymous or disidentified information is often collected through the use of a pixel tag, which is industry-standard technology used by most major websites. You can find more information about tracking and opting out at http://www.youradchoices.com.

Voyce may engage certain third parties to provide certain features on the Sites. Such third parties may use cookies and other similar technologies to collect and store information. In addition, Voyce may engage third parties to track and analyze usage and volume statistics from visitors to the Sites. Such third parties use cookies and other similar technologies to analyze and evaluate the use of the Sites from visitors, compile statistical reports on activity, obtain data about where visitors are clicking on the Sites, and provide other services related to the Sites and Internet use. Such third parties may also collect information about the use of other websites. The information provided to third parties does not include personal information, but this information may be re-associated with personal information after Voyce receives it.

To opt-out of many companies that serve third-party cookies, you may visit the opt-out page sponsored by the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI), a cooperative group of online ad-serving providers, at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices, or the similar opt-out page of the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA), at http://www.aboutads.info/choices.

The Sites may provide you with opportunities to post comments and identifying information. When you post, this information may appear in public ways, such as through search engines or other publicly available platforms and may be "crawled" or searched by third parties. Please do not post any information that you are not comfortable revealing to the public at large.

All information collected as part of SMS opt in will not be sold/rented/shared.

Personal Information Collected on Signup

Voyce may collect certain types of personal information (such as first and last name, entity name, phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses, among other things) from customers or visitors signing up for an account on any of the Sites. Voyce requires this information to verify your identity, establish your account, and set up your service. By signing up for an account on any of the Sites, you authorize Voyce to communicate with you regarding your account using any of the personal information you provided.

To enhance our ability to provide relevant marketing, offers, and services to you, we may obtain information about you from other sources and add it to our account information. Personal information we collected may be used by Voyce to provide services to you, to advertise or market our business, services, products, offers, promotions, etc. Thus, for instance, if you provide us with your email address, we may send you emails (which you may unsubscribe from) informing you about Voyce services, products, offers, promotions, and partnerships.

Customer Proprietary Network Information ("CPNI")

Under federal law, Voyce has a duty to protect your CPNI and you have the right to prohibit certain uses of your CPNI. CPNI is information that relates to the quantity, technical configuration, type, destination, and amount of use of the services by you and that is available to Voyce solely because of our provision of services to you. You hereby authorize Voyce to use and disclose and permit access by its affiliates and partners to your CPNI to enhance our ability to offer products and services tailored to fit your needs. Although your authorization to Voyce to use, disclose and permit access to CPNI will remain in effect until you affirmatively revoke such authorization, you may withdraw your authorization at any time by notifying Voyce in writing. Denial of authorization to use, disclose and permit access to your CPNI will not affect our provision of the services to you.

Non-Disclosure of CPNI and Personal Information Collected by Voyce

Except in accordance with or as required by law or legal process, and notwithstanding any other provisions in the Policy, we will not sell, distribute, or release your CPNI or personal information to anyone outside Voyce.

Credit Card Information

Voyce does not store customer credit card information. Credit card processing is carried out by unaffiliated third-party credit card payment processing companies. These unaffiliated credit card payment processing companies may or may not store credit card information for your convenience. Please see the privacy policies or terms and conditions of these companies for further details. We use tokens required to manage auto-pay when selected by subscribers.

Security of Information

Voyce will take reasonable precautions to safeguard information transmitted between visitors and the Sites and information stored on our servers. Despite these efforts, however, we may be unable to prevent and shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to such information by third parties. If you have an account on any of the Sites, it is your responsibility to safeguard your account login and password information.

Links to Other Websites

The Sites may contain links to other websites, which are subject to different privacy policies. This Policy will not apply to your use of other websites. Voyce shall have no responsibility or liability for your use of other websites or the data collection and use practices of other websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies found on such other websites, services, and applications to understand how your information may be collected and used.

Children’s Personal Information

Voyce does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of eighteen, please do not submit any personal information through the Site. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Policy by instructing their children never to provide personal information through the Sites without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of eighteen has provided personal information to Voyce through any of the Sites, please contact us, and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete that information.

Changes to the Policy

Voyce reserves the right to make changes to the Policy, at our sole discretion, at any time. Such changes may be made in response to future developments to the Sites, changes in industry or legal requirements, or for any other reason. We will post changes to the Policy on the Sites if and when they are made. By continuing to use the Sites following any change in the Policy, you will be deemed to have agreed to such change. If you do not agree with the terms of the Policy, as modified from time to time, please discontinue the use of the Sites.
